WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT:
  • Are energetic & motivated
  • Feel comfortable with technology (cashiers)
  • Have retail or cashiering experience
  • Are self-starting, but can work in a team environment
  • Enjoy a fast pace and a challenge
  • Are able to work on your feet for long periods and lift at least 40lbs.
  • Have horticulture knowledge or expertise
  • Are willing to learn, give your best and be a team player

Job description for: Cashier  

Summary

  • Run register

  • Handle flow of customers in check out area

  • Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate department or person

  • Greet customers and give direction when needed

  • May perform other duties as needed

Our register system is computer based. Items are rung up by a scanning system. 
Must be willing to learn system. Some computer knowledge helpful  

Job description for:   Indoor Floor Sales

Summary

  • Sell merchandise to individuals, utilizing knowledge of products sold

  • Greets customers and determines type of merchandise needed

  • Answers customer’s questions: suggestions solutions to problems

  • Display new merchandise

  • Takes inventory of stock

  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the nursery

  • Maintain quality of inventory

  • Unload plant material and hard goods

  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the nursery

Job description for:   Departmental Coordinators

Summary
